Located less than 20min from Baltimore, Hanover, Crofton, Ft. Meade, Laurel, Columbia, and Annapolis, we are a 7500 sq/ft facility dedicated to CrossFit. Utilizing the CrossFit methodology of fitness and nutrition, we strive to bring the reality of elite levels of fitness to the masses. Special Forces, expecting mothers, collegiate athletes, military members, business executives, police officers, grandmothers and grandfathers, fire fighters, high school athletes, and regular folks like you and I have all walked through our doors and have been positively impacted by our training regimen.

A quick reminder. The roads are drivable but not great. Leave early to get here on time and do not speed. You may be a silly good driver, but the motorist next to you is probably not!
Safe travels!
GASP!
How can this be!?
Yes, as you are probably aware there is a HUGE snowstorm that is making it's way toward us and will unfortunately force us to postpone the Sean/Jer Challenge. Let me emphasize POSTPONE. This one will take place on a future date.
Check back for Updates on Friday night and Sunday
"The Thrilla in Jer-zilla"
"The Beefcake Vs. The Beast"
This Saturday in an epic showdown we have Sean vs Jer. This is a one time only event so get ready for the "Greatest Show in Town!". This will not be brodcast on TV so make sure to get here early as doors open at 9am.
Watch and be amazed as they battle the CrossFit Total, then go head-to-head in a battle royal "hopper" event that will leave you breathless.
This event is open to all participants. The first event will go off at 9am and second will begin at 11am. There will be libations available but BYOB is encouraged.
Come one, Come All!

Alan working 65% of his snatch for speed and technique
Sandra hitting the prowler for a little post GPP
Erin and Joe battle it out on the erg
Jim hitting full extension at the end of his burpee

Foundations Beginners Class
Our Foundations Beginners class meets 2 days a week for 4 weeks. Classes are limited to 10 trainees, are 1 hr, and follow the same curriculum of the private sessions. This class is for the generally healthy injury free individual whose ultimate goal is to join our group classes. New athletes will be introduced to the movements and methodologies of CrossFit in a group class atmosphere in a sequential order as we ramp the intensity. If unsure if you are a candidate into our On-Ramp classes feel free to contact us, info@crossfitbwi.com
