Located less than 20min from Baltimore, Hanover, Crofton, Ft. Meade, Laurel, Columbia, and Annapolis, we are a 7500 sq/ft facility dedicated to CrossFit. Utilizing the CrossFit methodology of fitness and nutrition, we strive to bring the reality of elite levels of fitness to the masses.  Special Forces, expecting mothers, collegiate athletes, military members, business executives, police officers, grandmothers and grandfathers, fire fighters, high school athletes, and regular folks like you and I have all walked through our doors and have been positively impacted by our training regimen.

Labor Day Schedule Update:

We will be having a limited schedule this upcoming Monday.  We will only be running classes at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm.  This will allow you to get your BBQ on in the day and still come in and train at night.  We will also be starting our next cycle of our Foundations Beginners Class.  

 

CrossFit BWI Foundations Beginners Workshop 9/6-9/29

Sep 6th - 29th

The Foundations Beginners Workshop is designed to take the generaly healthy orthopedic and injury free athletes through the basics of CrossFit exercises and prepare them for moving into group classes with a firm understanding of the movements and the necessary substitutions to meet their specific needs. Enrollment will be limited to 10 people and will consist of two days per week for 4 weeks for a total of 8 sessions. Make sure that you can commit to each day and time before enrolling into Foundations. Attendance is mandatory and all classes must be completed within one month. If you have to miss a class for any reason, you will complete personal training for any subsequent make-up. You will also be able to attend unlimited Workout of the Day classes after your 4th Foundations Class.

Friday, 08.13.10: BWI Strength 2: The return of BWI Strength!

 
The BWI Strength Class has been rockin' it.  
 
BWI Strength never went away but its time for a new cycle and a new group of motivated athletes.  We will be having a BWI Strength class meeting Tuesday the 17th at 7pm to discuss the next cycle of BWI Strength.
 
Here is the deal:
 
This class is not a “drop-in” class.  We had a group of people who were interested and so we figured out a schedule and this is the outcome.  How do I join this group of increasingly strong people, you may ask?   Well read on.
 
You will be asked to commit to twelve weeks of solely Strength training, with a bit of conditioning.  You will need be present a minimum of two classes per week, and we highly recommend making yourself available for all 3 workouts.  At the end of 12 weeks you are not automatically removed from the group, we can evaluate where you are and where you want to be and decide what makes sense for your goals.

Met-Cons (or lack of) will be programmed specifically for the program as well as to the athletes weaknesses.  If your desire is to get strong and technically proficient in the lifts then this is the class for you.
