Monday, 02.01.10: New Month and Athlete Congrats

Nick and Sergey(back) 

Sergey has only been with us for a few months working his way from our Foundations Beginners Class to now.  During that time he has lost a ridiculous 40+ pounds following a Paleo(ish, he has his days) diet and CrossFit.  Awesome job!

Now to fix that heel strike.
