Run!  Their hunger can not be satisfied!

 

As you may have guessed The CrossFit BWI area is about to be infected by another snow storm.   Because of the impending storm we will be canceling the 5:30 and 6:30pm classes today. 

Come to the 4:30pm class and then go out and stock up on shotguns and booze so that you can battle those zombie nazi bastards!

Unfortunately, Chris Woods and Maili have been already infected! Food Poisoning is a form of the zombie infection.

Wednesday All Classes Canceled Due to Weather

1. I think the zombies already attacked the safeway in canton..no chicken or tomatoes or movies for that matter...guess ill just have to watch jersey shore reruns...

2. Oh great! I could have made the 430 class but stopped to get new running shoes. Ain't that a bee sting!? Burpees for this complaint, sah-weet.

3. I am well stocked in whiskey and ammunition, and work was cancelled today. so the only reason to leave the house would be to work out. is thare an afternoon class today, or can I start drinking?
