Saturday 11am

Derek, Jenn, and Liz keeping the 6am STRONG!

4:30pm Wall Ball

Great Job to all the athletes at CFBWI!  You are doing awesome and making great gains.

Turn out for the mobile Bod Pod went great with many getting a serious wake up call to their eating habits and now reinvesting in their goals of eating "clean" and working hard.  We have scheduled our next appointment on Tuesday May 4th.  Interested in getting retested or getting tested for the first time then make sure that you get here early and sign up as spaces filled up FAST!

We have officially started the 100 Day Burpee Challenge.  Currently there are twenty (20) athletes competing.  It is not too late to buy-in.  Good luck to all who complete this task.

4. I think I would be up for trying to complete the burpee challenge, although I don't think my flop burpees will count from the rules I found. Ryan, could you post the challenge online so it would be easier for those of us far off to follow. I am doing well and currently preping for the Crossfit Games England/Ireland Sectional on March 20th.

5. MEGAN!!! so good to hear from you! glad to hear things are well... we are on day 7 of the challenge and as far as the flops not counting... in my eyes it's conditioning, so anything goes! by time you get to 100 you will be a pro! can't wait to see you and good luck with sectionals!
